Every time I wonder how fast it goes. They are born small “Worms” that can only belly forward. Eyes and ears are closed, but … They can smell and they can definitely smell 🙂 their mother. During the first 2 weeks they gain more than double in weight. They open their eyes and can hear, definitely trying to get to their feet. Maggie is an amazing mom – again. The first few days, she and the puppies had peace in the living room where the box is. Now the door to the puppy farm is open, but only Maggie intervenes. She has stared down Finullen, so … The puppy yard in the living room is for the puppies and their mother 🙂
